2. Response and Takedown Procedure
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice:
- We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the user who posted the content
- If applicable, allow the user to file a counter-notification
3. Repeat Offenders
AskBanter maintains a policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. If a user is found repeatedly uploading infringing content, their account may be suspended or permanently removed.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send us a counter-notice including:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email
- A description of the removed content and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was wrongly removed
- A statement that you consent to jurisdiction in your local U.S. federal district court (or Sujanagar, if outside the U.S.)
- Your signature
